Recently totaled my car after crashing into a deer. Called Blake for an appointment with a vehicle in mind. He set me up with D.J. who was extremely helpful and prepared for everything and anything. Best service department i’ve ever visited. Started off with a gentle handshake from Chase Hartung, very respectful man and very professional manner. I then had to use the restrooms and boy was I even more impressed. The automatic soap dispenser is a 15/10 and the scent in the bathroom was invigorating and delightful at the same time. I will be back and it will probably be to take a nap in the waiting room and horse around in the bathroom!

Delearship has no care about their customers. They are out to make money and don’t look out for customers when problems arise with their vehicle. Car was in there for a month and a half and they had not begun working on fixing the warranty work. Do not buy a Palisade either!

I had questions about a vehicle they said was available. The contact I had responded with a short message that came off as rude and disinterested in helping me. I also never got any information about the vehicle, which is still listed as available, nor any information about my options beyond that vehicle.

Watch out for these guys. They advertise vehicles on line that are not for sale to the public, not at the location advertised. That way they get you in the door. They do not respond to emails. Not worth doing business with companies that are dishonest.

It was a bit confusing since vehicles I had inquired about and was told they were no longer available would appear online up to a week later. Need to improve on their listings. Contacting was good and I replied to each one but they seemed unsure if I had. At times they can have a nice selection of used vehicles.

Very unorganized. Salesman was nice, but the guy that tried to sell the warranty was rude and impatient. Previously bought a car from this dealership, maybe 5!years ago, and it was great.
